Lt. Gen. Bruce Litchfield retirement
General Janet Wolfenbarger, commander, Air Force Materiel Command, decorates Lt. Gen. Bruce Litchfield, who will retire after 34 years of military service, during his retirement ceremony Friday at Tinker Air Force Base. As the former Air Force Sustainment commander, Lt. Gen. Litchfield was responsible for operations which span three air logistics complexes, three air base wings, two supply chain management wings, and multiple remote operating locations, incorporating more than 35,000 military and civilian personnel. In addition, he oversaw installation support to more than 75,000 personnel working in 140 associate units at the three AFSC bases.
