Aircraft Battle Damage Repair training
U.S. Air Force Staff Sgt. Matthew Warner, 735th crew chief, participates in an interactive Aircraft Battle Damage Repair training on Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, Hawaii, July 13, 2023. Members had the opportunity to simulate aircraft damage by sledgehammering an old airplane wing, similar to those they would be repairing in the field. This training is mission-critical for understanding battle damage maintenance and how to gather accurate data representations to spread back to home units for Mobility Guardian.
