Senior leaders show community support at OKC Memorial Marathon
Tinker Air Force Base senior leaders handed out medals to runners at the finish line of the Oklahoma City Memorial Marathon April 24, 2022. Col Kevin Coyle, commander, 552 Air Combat Wing (ACW); Col Michael Tiemann, vice commander, 72 Air Base Wing (ABW); Col Terry Rosenbalm, commander, 507 Aircraft Maintenance Group (AMXG) and Chief Robert Schultz, command chief, Air Force Sustainment Center (AFSC) congratulated the runners in an exchange of gratitude as many of the runners, through their exhaustion, also thanked the men for their service. The Oklahoma City Memorial Marathon began in 2001 to honor the men, women, and children whose lives were taken after the Alfred P. Murrah building bombing. The marathon serves as a fundraiser for the Oklahoma City National Memorial & Museum.
