Sheppard AFB has first AoP event
Brig. Gen. Kenyon Bell, left, 82nd Training Wing commander, meets with the various subject matter experts at the Art of Process event at Sheppard Air Force Base, Texas, Dec. 7, 2020. A multifunctional team representing multiple organizations on base met with the focus of improving the Airmen in Training assignment process by using AoP concepts, which encourages innovation and creativity by using a constraints-based management system. The team’s work will result in a standardized assignment process among the wing’s six training squadrons that gets new technical training graduates to their first duty assignment quicker.
