Sheppard AFB has first AoP event

Brig. Gen. Kenyon Bell, center, 82nd Training Wing commander, asks a question at the Art of the Possible process event at Sheppard Air Force Base, Texas, Dec. 7, 2020. A multifunctional team representing multiple organizations on base met with the focus of improving the Airmen in Training assignment process by using AoP concepts, which encourages innovation and creativity by using a constraints-based management system. The team’s work will result in a standardized assignment process among the wing’s six training squadrons that gets new technical training graduates to their first duty assignment quicker.
