Lt. Gen. Gene Kirkland, Air Force Sustainment Center commander, OSU president Burns Hargis and Brig. Gen. Jeff King, Oklahoma City Air Logistics Complex signed an educational partnership agreement between the OC-ALC at Tinker Air Force Base and Oklahoma State University on Sept. 24.
