General Janet Wolfenbarger, commander, Air Force Materiel Command, decorates Lt. Gen. Litchfield was responsible for operations which span three air logistics complexes, three air base wings, two supply chain management wings, and multiple remote operating locations, incorporating more than 35,000 military and civilian personnel. In addition, he oversaw installation support to more than 75,000 personnel working in 140 associate units at the three AFSC bases.

Michael Gill, Air Force Materiel Command executive director center,, met with Tinker Junior Force Council officers during his site visit on May 2. Mr. Gill was briefed on the affairs and upcoming events of the TJFC, an organization which aims to mentor and train federal employees ranked GS-11 and below.
