As part of Tinker's 75th Anniversary festivities, the Tinker and Community Dining Out was held at The Skirvin Hilton in downtown Oklahoma City Apr. 7. Oklahoma State Gov. Mary Fallin was the featured speaker at the black-tie event. A commissioned painting commemorating the 75th anniversary of Tinker Air Force Base, and painted by one of Tinker's own, Senior Master Sgt. Darby Perrin, with the 507th Air Refueling Wing, was unveiled during the celebration.

In his Feb. 1 address to the Oklahoma State Board of Regents, Air Force Sustainment Center Commander Lt. Gen. Lee K.
