RAF Lakenheath Airmen gain depot-level maintenance experience at Robins AFB
ROBINS AIR FORCE BASE, Ga. – Aircraft maintainers with the 561st Aircraft Maintenance Squadron at the Warner Robins Air Logistics Complex, and the 492nd Fighter Generation Squadron with the 48th Fighter Wing at Royal Air Force Lakenheath, England, line up a wing to an F-15 fuselage as part of a 561st AMXS cross-training program at Robins Air Force Base, Georgia, May 1, 2025. The Airmen gained hands-on experience and a broader understanding of depot maintenance processes and how the sustainment process maintains readiness to the Air Force F-15 aircraft fleet.
