AFMC We Need teams at JBSA Lackland

Andrew Billman, a historian at the Air Force Installation and Mission Support Center and AFMC We Need augmentee shows the focus group interview schedule during the team visit to San Antonio, July 30-Aug. 1. The AFMC We Need initiative is an enterprise-wide effort to ensure identify both the areas in which Air Force Materiel Command excels as well as the challenges and opportunities for improvement across the mission footprint.
