AFSC Change of Command
Lt. Gen. Lee Levy II, Air Force Sustainment Center commander, speaks to the crowd after General Janet Wolfenbarger, commander, Air Force Materiel Command, passed command of the AFSC to him during a change of command ceremony Friday at Tinker Air Force Base. Lt. Gen. Levy succeeds Lt. Gen. Bruce Litchfield, who will retire after 34 years of military service. As the AFSC commander, Lt. Gen. Levy is responsible for operations which span three air logistics complexes, three air base wings, two supply chain management wings, and multiple remote operating locations, incorporating more than 35,000 military and civilian personnel. In addition, he oversees installation support to more than 75,000 personnel working in 140 associate units at the three AFSC bases.
