Levy II, Air Force Sustainment Center commander, talks about the bond between Tinker Air Force Base and the community and how it has grown over the years during the Midwest City 75th Anniversary Gala April 28 at the Sheraton Reed Center. The event was held to celebrate the 75th anniversary of Tinker AFB and the city of Midwest City. Also attending the event were former Gov. George Nigh and current Gov. Mary Fallin.
